These terms govern the purchase of copywriting services from copywritingrock (13 Allee de la Civeliere, 44200 Nantes, France). Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
Services
copywritingrock provides website copy, brand messaging, launch copy, email marketing, content strategy and advertising copy as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally. No physical delivery is made.
Orders and pricing
Package prices shown are base prices. A confirmed project price is agreed by email. Payment through Stripe constitutes a binding service contract. Prices are shown in EUR. French-resident consumers may be subject to TVA at the applicable rate.
Delivery
Sprint: 5 business days. Momentum: 10 business days. Velocity: agreed individually. All timelines begin when we receive the complete brief and required source materials.
Revisions
One revision round is included in all packages. Revisions bring work into alignment with the agreed brief. Scope changes after brief approval are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the delivered copy transfer to you. copywritingrock retains no rights over finished work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Nantes, except where mandatory EU consumer rules require otherwise. French consumers have the right to use a mediator before going to court.
