Right of withdrawal (droit de retractation)
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under French law. By checking the agreement box at checkout and consenting to service commencement, you explicitly waive this right once work on your project begins, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital services commenced at your request.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have received your brief and begun work, you will receive a full refund. Email hello@copywritingrock.com with your order reference.
Cancellation after work begins
Once a brief has been received and work assigned, we refund the proportion not yet completed, less a 20% administration fee on the full order value.
Completed projects
Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable unless a material error exists that we cannot correct within 7 business days of written notice.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method within 7 business days of approval.
