Standard timelines
- Sprint Package: 5 business days from receipt of complete brief
- Momentum Package: 10 business days from receipt of complete brief
- Velocity Package: Timeline agreed individually at project start
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays (jours feries). Timelines begin when we have a complete brief, source materials and answers to any scope questions.
Formats
Standard delivery is DOCX. We can also deliver in PDF, Google Docs or plain text. Website copy is structured per page and section for easy CMS integration.
Express delivery
3-day express is available as a paid add-on for eligible scopes, confirmed after brief review.
Included with every delivery
All projects include copy in agreed format, annotation notes on key decisions, and one revision round.
