FAQ.

The real questions we get about copy, process and pricing.

Yes. We write natively in both. If you need content in both languages, each version is written for that language audience rather than translated from one to the other. Translated copy has a flatness that well-written copy in the target language does not. Bilingual projects are quoted per language version.

Sprint package (up to 3 pages): 5 business days. Momentum (up to 8 pages): 10 business days. Velocity: agreed milestone schedule, typically 4 to 6 weeks. Express delivery (3 days) is available as a paid add-on for eligible project scopes. Timelines start when we have a complete brief and source materials.

One revision round is included in all packages. Revisions are changes that bring the copy into alignment with the agreed brief. They are not unlimited rewrites or changes of direction. A clear revision note that references the brief is the most useful input we can receive. Additional revision rounds are available at the prevailing hourly rate.

Yes. If you have existing copy you are happy with, share it as part of the brief. We will identify the patterns in the writing and replicate them. If you have a formal tone of voice guide, include it. If you have neither, consider adding the brand messaging service to your package so the new copy and the guide come from the same brief.

A project brief covering the audience, the offer, the conversion goal and any existing copy or brand materials. If you do not have a brief, the intake call produces one. The more specific you can be about who reads the copy and what you want them to do, the better the result.

We have written for luxury goods, technology, tourism, healthcare, professional services and food and drink. We take on work where the product or service is genuinely worth the copy investment and where the brief is clear enough to write against. We do not take on projects where the copy would misrepresent the offer.

Both language versions are quoted and written separately. The French version is not a translation of the English version or vice versa. Each is written for the specific audience reading it in that language. This produces better copy in both languages and avoids the flatness that comes from working from a translation.

Standard delivery is DOCX. We can also deliver in PDF, plain text or Google Docs format. For website copy, documents are structured per page and section for easy CMS integration. For email copy we format to your email platform on request. All projects of 1,000 words or more include a brief terminology note documenting key decisions.
